Orders are cut and packed within 2 business days. Orders are sent with Australia Post.

I can combine orders if you have made another order and have one existing waiting to be cut.

Fabrics are sold in 50cm increments;
1 Unit = 50cm (half a meter)
2 Units= 1.0m (1 meter)
3 Units = 1.5m (1 and a half meters)
and so on. Fabric is sent as 1 continuous piece. e.g. 5 Units = 2.5m - 1x 2.5m long piece will be cut and sent.
Ribbing is sold in 10cm increments so 1 unit = 10cm. If you order more, it will be cut in 1 continuous peice. e.g. 3 units would be 30cm in one peice.
Payments to be made immediately.

Paypal Laybuy - 6 weekly instalments
Pickup orders require payment via the website first.
Cash on pick-up is available for Local Perth Pick-up to approved customers with prior arrangements.

Local pickup is now available - A Ready for pickup email will be sent to let you know it is available for pick up. Please then reply to the email or text 0432 625 087 giving your name and order # - to schedule a pick up time and day. Most orders can be ready the same day.
Pre-Payment is required for pickup orders unless prior arranged.
Orders are left in the drop box at the front door for collection.

Express shipping is extra and can be requested.
International shipping not available at this time, except to NZ by weight. If order is not calculated correctly, I will send an additional email with the difference to be paid before shipping.

We do not accept returns or give refunds for a simple change of mind, however, there are always exceptions.
Fabric: Due to the nature of our business, we don't generally accept returns except for quality issues, which there shouldn't be any but if there is.. Please take a picture of the problem, email it to us at email@example.com and we will discuss what will happen.
Books & Accessories: Contact us within 24 hours to discuss the item and a resolution.
Threads: We don't accept returns on opened threads, unless there is a quality issue.
Made an error in colour selection? We are happy to swap threads for other colours provided they are unopened and our originally purchased products. Post return at buyers expense.
